We’re delighted to welcome Saakhi Rai to ETI!
Saakhi studied English Literature at Lady Shri Ram College for Women and completed her master’s at the Faculty of Arts, University of Delhi. Her journey so far has been ranging from publishing and journalism with organisations like Penguin India , Outlook India and The Hindu, to policy research and communications with J-PAL South Asia, and gender-focused archival work with the Q***r India Archives. Across these spaces, she has explored questions of gender, education, and social change, while experimenting with how ideas travel between research, advocacy, and practice.
She says :
"At ETI, I am excited to step into the world of public health. This being my first full-time role, I’m eager to learn from the very talented and experienced team here about how complex issues can be addressed through collaborations across disciplines and community engagement, to create impact that is both systemic and sustainable."
