Today I just wanted to deviate a little from our health topics and talk a little about being happy in oneself.

You can also call it self contention.

It's very important to be happy in what you are doing if anyone wants to progress. There is no use of pursuing something if you are not happy room inside...

People who love their work, who are contented usually go high in their respective fields.

Enjoy the work which one is doing, be it as a mother, father, teacher or anything else.

Also one must appreciate their own feelings, talents and always form a positive body image whether you are slim, obese , short , tall or any body form.

One must be pure from heart.

Always say affirmative sentence to oneself
I AM SMART
I AM TALENTED
I AM BOLD etc.

Focus on the positive aspects of your job, life, home, relationships

Don't compare your life with others

Stay confident

Mistakes are aloud for everybody.
Do them, rectify them and move on....you are a human being.

Do atleast something for yourself on a daily basis.

Practice this daily, be in the company of your loved ones and live your life.....it's only ONE

ANXIETY?

What's this anxiety?.........I just don't know exactly....?I can't be anxious at all.....manier times we come across similar situation and we don't accept the fact that anybody can get anxious.

Anxiety..
Lets understand it

Continuous, excessive, intense and persistent worry about something.
It's body's natural response to stress
Example before delivering a speech on stage, before a new job.

Anxiety is not totally bad. You may have listened to idiom that 'Anything in excess becomes a poison'.
Same goes with anxiety as well.
Little anxiety before ordinary situations motivates you to work harder and do a better job.
This anxiety goes off after the happening of situation.
But if this feeling of anxiety about something is with you all the time, then it becomes stressful and debilitating.

SYMPTOMS of anxiety:
* Irritability
* Restlessness
* Fatigue
* Inability to sleep
* Constant worrying
* Difficulty in concentrating

Anxiety is of different types
Just discussing a brief layout...
* Phobias: excessive fear about something

* Panic disorder: panic attacks at irregular intervals

* Obsessive compulsive disorder: repeated behaviours due to irrational thoughts

* Generalized anxiety disorder: excessive worry with little or no reason

* Seperation anxiety: one is anxious when a loved one leaves your sight

There are more categories

General treatment of anxiety:
* Psychotherapy

* Yoga, exercises

* Antidepressants and antianxiety drugs

Homoeopathy works wonders here...
Some common medicines are argentum nitricum, aconite, arsenic album ......
