This testimony from Dr Sahay’s ( Radiologist) wife, reaffirms the belief in ourselves, to keep doing what is time tested and true, and not fall prey to continuous fad content on social media.
It was initially a bit overwhelming to prescribe the diet to a Radiologist who understands human biology and body way more than me, but gradually we developed a wonderful rapport where we were in sync with the right good for a healthy body.

If I had 3 months to save my liver, or reverse fatty liver (NAFLD ), this is what I will do———

Fatty liver is NOT a fat problem, it is a sugar, insulin and inflammation problem.
Fatty liver is driven by excess fructose, insulin resistance and poor gut health.
( Even if you are not overweight)

Thank you Suruchi, for this incredible 3 month journey…

After having tried various diets and heavy and regular cardio exercises, my weight was not shedding..I came across Suruchi’s page on Instagram and started with a month plan.. I was lastly surprised with the results and extended to the 3 month plan…

3 months down the line I’m down 6 and a half kilos, but the best part is I find her diet to be sustainianble, and she made sure she gave me the foods I enjoyed eating… some of her shared recipes are my favourite now!!

Definitely coming back to Suruchi again after the summer break!!
