As a dietician and nutritionist, my primary role is to help people achieve their health goals through proper nutrition and diet planning and lifestyle change. I work with individuals, groups, and organizations to provide education and guidance on healthy eating habits, weight management, disease prevention, and nutrition therapy.

How you and your service is helping society?
My services help society in various ways. By providing nutrition education, I empower people to make informed decisions about their health and well-being. This, in turn, reduces the risk of chronic diseases and promotes overall health and longevity. I also work on developing nutrition plans for patients with specific medical conditions, ensuring that they receive the optimal nutrition required for their recovery.
