But we recognize that the single unifying factor underlying the myriad forms of spirituality is the emphasis on a journey of self-discovery…The core of spirituality is in the journeying. PRANIC HEAL MING *EDITATION * ARHATIC YOGA * NVC * MEENU'S PRAANA KITCHEN

PADMA – Center for Soul Realisation was founded by Meenu Nageshwaran to promote all aspects of well-being on the Mental, Physical and Spiritual level. The center offers PRANIC HEALING,ARHATIC YOGA,MEDITATION,NVC(Non Violent Communication)VEGAN/DAIRY FREE Workshops & Cooking Classes. The center has a well-equipped library with various titles of spiritual movies & Books , CD’S & other relevant items for sale
PADMA CFSR is open from 10am to 7:00pm (Mondays to Saturdays)
The Centre is open for Pranic Healing (by prior appointment) everyday from 2pm to 6pm. Pranic Healers can also get their patients and/or do their personal healings here. Please make sure you inform the Centre to ensure that the healing rooms are available. Please check with the Centre in advance for room availability should you wish to meditate at any other timings other than those scheduled. If you are new to Pranic Healing, you may visit to clear your doubts or apprentice with a senior healer from the center (please take prior appointment). Please feel free to come over and HEAL, MEDITATE, READ or spend some quiet time with yourself anytime during center hours. NVC (Non-Violent Communication) Practise Sessions every Tuesdays 7 to 9pm & Fridays 5:30 to 7:30pm

At a young age of 22, Meenu set up Incent Tours(P) Ltd in April 1982 with her husband Nagesh. Her travels around India and the world became her window to the world. The passing away at the young age of 14 of her daughter Sunaina was the starting point of a monumental journey on a path of self discovery that is a part of her life process today. Entwined with her personal search is a need to help others cope with upheavals and setbacks in their day-to-day life. Meenu is a healer and counselor, helping many face the dilemmas, fears and disappointments of life in order to make the transformation towards growth and understanding.

Farmers are our Annadatas ! The backbone of our agricultural system. The very founders of our civilization.
Every year in India on the 23rd December, Kisan Diwas is celebrated as a day to spread awareness about the role of the farmer and their contribution towards our very existence.
It is farmers, especially those practising Traditional/ZBNF/Organic/Regenerative/Natural Farming/No Till farming who contribute an enormous amount in shaping our soil.. our state of health.. our very world. It is their effort and produce that makes sure we receive the right food – free from manmade chemicals, harmful pesticides, and poisonous fertilizers. It is such food that ensures that we get the right nutrients without causing any damage to our health. The importance of such farmers is in the importance of the food we feed ourselves and our families.
The Earth Collective and its community stand in solidarity and collectively support, celebrate and remain in deep gratitude to such farmers for creating a difference by bringing in and offering it's happy customers with only their best produce at The Earth Collective Organic & Natural Lifestyle Market at Sunder Nursery.

A resident of 's Burj Deva Singh village, Gurbachan Singh, stopped burning the crop waste on his farm 20 years ago -- long before stubble burning was recognized as one of the primary causes of the smog that chokes -NCR in winter.

Making it his life’s mission, he even made the family of his sons' in-law take a pledge to shun stubble burning before marriage.

"They endorse it too. I even gifted my daughters a machine known as Happy Seeder that cuts the old crop and sows the new seeds. The mulch it leaves enriches the soil", he says.

Gurbachan also has 40 farmers in and around his village to shun and adopt his technique. His contribution has also been acknowledged by the Tarn Taran district office.

“We have spared 600 equipment like happy seeders, zero tilling machines and rotavators on a rental basis to these farmers through co-operatives", says the DC.

Helping reduce the polluting practice of burning, heroes like Gurbachan show that where there is a will, there is surely a way.
