**Dopamine** 🧠: Linked to reward and motivation, dopamine boosts physical activity, strengthens brain connections, and enhances learning and memory. Strength training increases dopamine, helping with motivation and consistency.

**Oxytocin** 💖: The “love hormone” fosters attachment, reduces stress, and supports emotional well-being. It enhances learning and memory, especially in social settings. Group training may boost oxytocin, improving motivation and adherence.

**Other Hormones**:

Kinesiology has abundant real life relevance as it is applicable in different fields and disciplines such as;

1. Rehabilitation:

Injured troops or war veterans, patients from surgery and the medically compromised can benefit from rehabilitation. Kinesiologists create rehabilitation programs that alleviate pain, optimize functionality, and improve recovery time after injury by making use of their understanding of kinesiology as an individualistic approach to recovery. They work hand in hand with physical and occupational therapists to make sure that all aspects to regain patient functionality are considered.

2. Fitness and Wellness

Kinesiologists are fitness practitioners; they design exercise plans based on the goals of their clients. They also evaluate their clients physical abilities and recommend them on the best ways to undertake physical exercise in a safe and efficient manner. Having an understanding of kinesiology enables fitness professionals to encourage their clients, help them track their progress and maintain a healthy balance in life styles.

3. Sports Performance:

Kinesiologists extend their expertise to professionals in the sports field and athletes of all levels to maximize performance and lower chances of injury in the process. They watch over biomechanics, if they are training for a specific sport, they oversee and work on their movement patterns to a more specific sport appropriate one..
