Ashtanga Magazine (AM) has virtual headquarters in Mysore and on the road.

AM is brought to you by Ashtanga practitioners and we don’t want this to be “About Us.” We want our global family to be a part of this, not just as readers, but as artists, journalists and creators. We hope that in our virtual pages you will find a space for self-expression and the opportunity to share your world with us, whether you are in Mysore, Antarctica or Timbuktu. AM seeks to publish your photos, conference notes, videos, articles, art and announce your events just as much as we wish to be a tool of parampara, sharing the knowledge of Ashtanga practitioners and experienced teachers.
