A very difficult cesarean section in a twin pregnancy where by emergency life saving surgical techniques to prevent post partum hemorrhage(HEAVY NON STOP BLEEDING AFTER DELIVERY), we saved both baby and mother as well as the uterus. Usually in these cases either we have to sacrifice the uterus to save the mother or in delay we sometimes lose the precious life of a mother. Here we have demonstrated ligation of bilateral uterine arteries, utero ovarian arteries, and also applied modified B Lynch sutures.

Our centre at Cuttack, Odisha (Shanti Fertility Clinic & Nursing Home) completed 10 years. Started as a small centre in 2014, now it’s a 25 bedded hospital with facility for advanced gynae laparoscopy, infertility, high risk obstetrics and NICU. We are greatful our employees and well wishers. It was a good outing with the entire Shanti family.

My patients are my assets and i smile because of them. I cry for them too when i am unable to fulfill their dreams. On this Durga puja i pray to Maa Durga that O God give me strength to always put a smile on my patients face. Give me courage to bear the pain of their loss. Keep me simple so that my patients feel free to talk to me, share their emotions their agony their pain and everything. Keep me humble so that i can realise my mistakes too and feel sorry. Wish all a happy Dussehra. Blessed to be a doctor. 🙏🙇🏻
