Night shift ka asli problem?
Back pain, stiffness aur woh zombie-mode energy.
But a simple hack changed everything for me. đ
Pichhle 1 month se Iâve been working a 1 p.m. to 12 a.m. shift.
Mujhe samajh aaya â early to bed, early to rise possible hi nahi hota night shift walon ke liye.
So instead of fighting it, I standardized my sleep routine.
Earlier: 10:30 pm â 5:30 am
Now: 12:00 am â 7:00 am
