⌛️Sometimes we talk to everyone around us, yet the real thoughts in our mind remain unspoken. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps us slow down and notice those thoughts, question whether they are truly accurate, and understand how they influence our feelings and behaviors. Over time, it becomes easier to separate facts from assumptions and respond more consciously instead of reacting automatically. Sometimes all it takes is the right space and the right guidance to start understanding your own mind and maybe it’s time to choose your therapist. 🧠
