Treatment strategies not only focus on Cognitive behavioural & Psychodynamic approach but also on Experiential Creative therapies such as Drama and movement therapy, Art therapy, Music Therapy etc. We also provide online and offline workshops to provide you with cognitive skills based training such as emotional regulation, emotional intellegience and other important cognitive skills. We also provide internships under well-qualified and RCI registered Clinical Psychologist, Ms. Kanupriya who has 3 years of experience and has worked with various reputed mental health organizations.
