A parent came to me recently, completely heartbroken.
Her 19-year-old daughter had gone through a breakup and completely collapsed.
She wasn’t eating, she wasn’t sleeping, she wasn’t talking to anyone.
She had lost interest in studies… and life itself.
The mother said, “She used to laugh… now she just cries silently.”
When I spoke to the girl, I could feel the pain wasn’t just about the breakup.
It was something deeper, something older.
Because when emotional wounds from childhood are unhealed, every heartbreak feels like the end of the world.

She was not weak, she was just hurting from too many unspoken memories.

She began sleeping peacefully, eating well, and enjoying life again.
