I’m Simran
I have been practising yoga with Ritu aunty for the last 6 years. Over the years I have experienced numerous wonders of yoga and today I would like to share one of my experience

A year ago I suffered a knee injury and was diagnosed with a grade 2 fissure in the cartilage which left me in excruciating pain making it difficult for me to even walk a few steps or climb the stairs. I consulted multiple specialists and physiotherapists who told me that cartilage cannot be healed and we can only manage the pain. I started feeling extremely hopeless, but Ritu aunty gave me hope. She was determined to heal my injury. Everyday she designed a new regime for me with special focus on my knee. Soon after I was able to walk pain free and in some months i was again able to go up and down the stairs.
Recently i underwent an MRI of my knee and there was no fissure in the cartilage.
This is no less than a miracle because as per medical science a cartilage fissure cannot be healed without a surgery.

I would also like to add that I have recently started taking Yogritu’s immunity powder and I have started to feel its benefits in just few days. Today morning I woke up feeling fatigued with my cortisol and stress levels high. I was finding it hard to focus on my work. In the afternoon I took 2 spoons of the immunity powder and within a few minutes my cortisol levels felt normal and I was able to concentrate on work better.
