I was myself part of this lifestyle working as a software professional in India, US and Canada, for 14+ yrs, when I decided to contribute to the overall well-being of the society by promoting Yoga as a means of fighting stress and other lifestyle disease. I have been certified by Ayush Ministry, Govt.
Of India & trained by Sri Sri School Of Yoga to impart Yoga Training and My vision is to organize a Yoga Awareness & Initiation Seminar to spread the word about Yoga and its applications. Also remove lots of misconceptions around Yoga and make people really understand the essence of Yoga.
