1) Decide Your Ambition:-
Never think that I am sad, then sadness will hold you more. be clear about the aim. when you be clear about your aim that what you want to do in life. no obstacles can not stop you. you can move forward in a bad situation also. so won't feel sad or feel down.
Even more, do not say to anyone that I feel so sad. because they won't value your negative emotion. tell those, who understand your emotion. you should do always practicing gratitude from every respected human.
Decide before that what is your ambition, what you willing to do? then move forward to your aim. make friends with them who are attached to your goal. maybe people can say, it is hard & stay away from your goal.
But you have to struggle. will see when you can arrive at your aim, you won't feel that I am depressed.
2) Be a good minded person:-
Always be a good-minded, kind-hearted human & understand human emotions. when you will fellow for everyone and kind-hearted for everyone. everyone will behave great to you.
Moreover, when you help people, will see you will not feel sad for no reason. Because people's joy will make you happy .it is a true and profitable way to feel happy.
3) Being Honest Human Being:-
keep honest yourself to every work and every person. your honesty is your policy. Your honesty will be your identity. If you are honest, then you will be ahead in the workplace.
you will be the first choice for everyone. moreover, you can get help very much from others. and when you will get help from others it will make you feel happy.
4) Pamper Yourself:-
Start pumping yourself and set aside some time for yourself within 24 hours. Always try to enhance your beauty and personality. Look at yourself in the mirror, wonder if it feels good to see yourself?
Take care of yourself at the end of the day. Because when you organize yourself you will see that the people around you will love you. You will avoid feeling bad or frustrated.
When you are satisfied with your personality and people are attracted to you. You will be happy from the inside. You will never feel that I am very sad, I feel down.

7) Always Keep a smile in Face :
If you keep a smile on your face, nothing can make think you that I feel so sad ( hahaha, hehe hehe ☺☺☺ ). A smile can make you glad forever and stress-free. if you are feeling stress, it will become a headache.
So always keep a smile. always think that today I am happy. it's a positive sign to get out of depression.
8) Open Up yourself :
Always learn to speak clearly. Do not show your ego to someone. because as pride grows, it will bad impact on your personality.
As a result day by day, you will be feeling sad from the inside. so open up yourself in the correct way in this twenty-first century.

1) Always try to choose those people who will give you value to stay away from being sad.
2) Do friendship with honest people, will make your bad aspects better. that is why honest people can keep you stay away from feeling sad or lonely.

4) Obey your parents, if you feel sad and alone. this is one of the best principles. do not bother them In the state of knowledge ( জ্ঞান অবস্থায় ).
5) Think in the right way, although the right way is hard, it will be beneficial for your sad feeling.
6) Spend time with your relatives, close friends, and your family member. at least for 15 to 30 minutes. I feel so depressed - that kind of thing will not come to your mind.
7) Always Share your problems with your parents and best friend or closest someone when you feeling sad . will see you can get a solution. But symptoms of depression are in excess then must take medical advice.
8) To feel good, listen to music, watch a favorite movie . also start your lifestyle with regular exercise, do at least for 20 minutes. it will reduce stress.
9) When anyone will ask, " how are you "? you should say not happy, not sad. because if you express your happiness, they can feel jealous.
