The important part in Yoga Asana (posture) practice is to always acknowledge your limits and regardless, respect them. A good Yoga teacher will always remind you to respect your limits and will not force you to go beyond the body limits. And reminding yourself that progress happens each day and success doesn’t come in one-day’s practice. Success requires practice with patience and consistent dedication to trust. 🌷

It is not necessary to be super flexible in the body to become a yoga teacher and this is a big misperception of new yoga students that most students think they need to be super flexible to become a yoga teacher. What is important to become a good yoga teacher, it is necessary to keep on being good students, learning and practicing yogic discipline and developing mental flexibility and adaptability.

🕉️ Rishi Patajali (Yoga sutra 1.14) : Success comes through long constant efforts with great love. It does not come in one day but long continuous practice.

Practice of Yoga is practice of life time, it does not end in a month or in a year, therefore continue on your path with love and trust in practice and process.

Sharing some glimpses from the 21-day Hatha Yoga teacher training course in the south of France. It had been wonderful seeing students attentive and dedicated to learning about yoga and its impact on day-to-day life.

I remember one question raised during Yoga training. How does one become a good yoga teacher ?

The answer was simple : it depends on how good a student you are. And you are always a student even you are a Yoga teacher.
