. Great Experience to learn from one of the pioneers of TUKS(Tahoe Unicondylar Knee System)plasty, Dr. Bhupendra Patel for an observational course , Palanpur. case 54 yr/ male patient with 6 years back THR done with cemented acetabular component now presented with difficulty in walking since last 3 months with no history of trauma.
Xray suggestive of vertical acetabular component with sign of loosening.
Patient operated for Revision surgery with acetabular component removal and dual mobility cup insertion with intact previous uncemented stem. Patient is now able to walk with painless full weight bearing. For Orthopedic consultation contact on : 7383436565

23year old male met with a road traffic accident and had closed # clavicle left side with abrasion injury.
Patient operated for clavicle TEN nail with medial entry point. For clavicle shaft fractures nailing is better than plating as it is a closed procedure with very less visible scars and also the TEN nail removal is quite easy in future as compared to plate removal.
