Our Story
Growing fruits and vegetables, making handmade bread, jams, preserves, sauces are all a labour of love, there’s so much that goes into it. But access to people who will appreciate the hard work, the beautiful produce is sometimes an uphill task. Our endeavour is to make that task, just a little bit easier.
From a farming background and having planted orchards, we know difficult this is, but also how much joy we have felt when we’ve seen that perfect fruit on a tree. Farm plate was borne out of that little joy.
We speak to farmers, home bakers, artisanal producers and then source and curate, chemical-free, organic, farm-fresh, immunity-boosting traditional Indian foods as well as local and artisanal goodies. The cider makers, the farmstead cheesemaker, heirloom grain bakers, healthy living innovators and sustainable meat producers are imperative to our food system.
