Rest in Peace "Babuji"
(Poornaprakash Upadhyay, 1932-2016)

This is in esteem memory of our beloved Babuji, whose demise leave us enervate and with intense gloom in our hearts. The love and respect will always be alive in our hearts for this honest and compassionate soul.

Today reminds us of the day Babuji joined us eight years back, He joined us on this very day and left us with silence in our hearts today itself.

In this journey of 8 years, Babuji became a father figure for all of us, His guidance filled us with positivity and ethics to live our lives on the paths paved by his principles. We will miss your motivational words on all important occasions be it Independence Day, Republic Day or any function. You have inspired each of us not only with your words but with your deeds.

Here are the glimpse of drawing competition organised by "Parivartan Samajik Sanstha Maharashtra", held at Cidco Garden Sector 9, Khanda Colony, Panvel.

Thank you so much Leos for your dedication and commitment to our cause!!...We wish you a great year ahead.

As the new year starts, we the Leos feel proud to serve the society and the needful. This is out first event at Janakalyan Sevashram wherein we celebrated New Year with the Oldage and the God's children. We abide to serve throughout the year and the years to come.
We are aiming for more youngsters to join our social cause so that we can reach out more people and help them in all possible ways.

The main Sponsors for the event was our parent club Lions Club of Thane North.

A week to remember it was when a few youngsters visited our ashram and we highly appreciate their hard work and dedication to our cause. In a week long project for their college IEIBS Akademia, they proved that the goal of India 2020 given by Dr. Abdul Kalam is very much attainable. These students are the epitome of 'the spirit of the youth', who worked in our ashram at every level - from cleaning to teaching - whilst taking an initiative at every level. Being at forefront at every level possible, these students have showed immense energy, enthusiasm and leadership in working with us throughout their time here.
We are happy to see that youth in India takes pleasure in working for social causes and we hope to see more youth participation in the coming days at various levels. We are thankful to them for their help and wish them good luck for their future endeavors.
