As a surgeon we always scared of SSI and diabetic foot. Non healing ulcers over foot (Varicose ulcer and Diabetic foot) are the most unhappy patients with the Dr. due to repeated visits for dressing and never ending story ( Debridement ……..and ends with Amputation)
