I'm glad to share that this young patient had traumatic knee injury in which he has lost a part of his knee bone.

The ideal outcome is fully weight bearing with full knee bending which can be achieved by Reconstructive surgery.

Reconstructive surgery can be challenging and complex, especially in cases involving bone loss or significant damage. But he was treated with lateral CONDYLE bone reconstruction using iliac crest and patella.

Patient will achieved very pleasing results with full properly planned surgery and post rehabilitation

52 yrs male pt with compound severely comminuted fracture of the lower end of the humerus refers to a fracture that has broken the bone into several small pieces and has also has wound over fracture site. This type of fracture is often caused by a high-energy trauma, such as a car accident or a fall from a height.

Management - Systematic approach to this type of injury i.e Debridement and fixation of fracture and then coverage of wound with skin graft or flap gives wonderful outcome as shown..
