This is how our member Gaurav lost fat , We designed a caloric deficit diet plan with adequate macro and micro nutrients for gaurav with adequate food selection , We constantly did follow ups and kept on updating the diet plan to progress further. Gaurav did reach a plateau phase where his Progress got stopped , But we managed to take his progress further.
Gurave not only lost fat :-
1) He was able to lift more heavy weights ✅
2) He felt more energetic ✅
3) He gained Health ✅
4) His cravings reduced ✅

Here's What to Avoid During Your Periods:

First - NOT DRINKING SUFFICIENT WATER because you're Bloated

- make sure you are hydrated enough for a full day, as hormones spike, hydration is the key else dehydration makes you feel low in energy and increases muscular and back pain.

2nd - EATING JUNK IN THE name of "CRAVINGS"

- our bodies are trying to communicate what nutrients need replenishing by increased cravings for junk!! Make sure you are consuming rich sources of Iron and magnesium to reduce cravings.

3rd - Extream workout

- Exercising too much can cause missed menstrual periods or make your periods stop entirely. Irregular or missed periods are more common in athletes and other women who train hard regularly.
