**Notice*

It's deeply saddened to inform you that *Mrs.Rashmi Kumari* nursing officer of 2020 batch working in gynec OPD of AIIMS Patna has passed away on 8/11/23 afternoon at Rajasthan, at her husband's residence due to sudden cardiac arrest.

She was on child care Leave.
She hails from Bihar and married in Rajasthan.Her husband is working under govt of Bihar in health sector.They are having an infant.
The shocking incident happened in Bikaner while they were on Diwali vacation.She was supposed to rejoin duty after Diwali.Her sister is also a nursing officer at AIIMS Patna.

The funeral of the deceased was done on 8/11/23 evening.

We as a family pray for the departed soul and pray for the breavered family members.

*Adith Hemron 27* years was working in 5th floor OT complex.

she joined B.Sc(H) Nursing in 2015 in AIIMS PATNA,after her course completion she was working as a Nursing officer on outsource in AIIMS PATNA.

She was diagnosed with Right Brain Aneurysm 24 days before and for surgical treatment she went to Appollo hospital Chennai last week..

She was posted for surgery on 8/7/2022 and as per doctor's words,the Aneurysm got ruptured before surgery.

On 9 th she was diagnosed as brain stem not functioning and was on artificial life support machine...
On 10 th July @1:30pm her demise was declared..

Tonight by 11pm her body will be shifted to Ranchi by Air Ambulance...

funeral at her native place 50km near Ranchi,jharkhand on 11th evening.

She was married 6 months before...

She lost her father one year back..

she was the only breadwinner for her mother and brothers....

All AIIMS family be with the bereaved family.may God give strength for her family...

Hello friends
Greetings
Following with many meetings in Delhi with TNAI and representatives of various Federations,Unions, and Associations , finally it was decided to hold a MARCH by Nurses from Jantar Mantar to Parliament street on October 5,2018 for reminding the govt for various demands pending before GOVT and which were earlier also placed before Govt.
Finally TNAI and other organisations from clinicals, academics ,private nurses and community health are ready to take march on above said day.
You are requested to come to join the MARCH for welfare of nurses and remind the govt the legitimate long pending demands of nurses. It will show the power of nurses.
Various demands are as follows:
1. Upgradation of entry pay to GP 5400 of PB 3.
2. Regular selection of nurses /no contractual,no out sourcing of nurses.
3. Implementation of SIU Norms in all Hospitals
4. One Nation One Nomencalture One RR and Job and Responsibilities
5. Establishment of Nursing Directorate in each state and at central level in MOHFW
6. Implementation of salary and working hours as per order of MOHFW according to SC guideline in private hospitals.
7. Involvement of nurses in policy making and
8. Quality education for quality service.
9. 8 days off to railway nurses and many other relevent issues of nurses.
You all are requested to bring your auspicious time to attend this MARCH on 5th October 2018.
Railway Nurses are also requested to take some time as per your feasibility to attend this march without hampering the services.
