Dr Prachi N Swami

Dr Prachi N Swami I guide women to navigate grief after loss of loved ones, regenerate happiness, peace, harmony and rise up again! My top five struggles were:
1.

It can be a major derailment and immense suffering in silence after a loss of loved one. While contemplating on my life, I asked myself a question:

“When it comes to navigating vulnerable phase of grief, what did I struggle with most?"
The answer has been loud and clear! Not knowing where to start
2. Not able to put my thoughts and feelings in proper words
3. Not having non-judgmental and safe support around
4. Staying consistent in tough times and not finding the time
5. Feeling confused and overwhelmed by physical and emotional sensations for no obvious reason

Despite having access to the best medical care, I found that I was frustrated with conventional support and treating problems with medicine. I had no idea how to redirect all the bottled-up emotions which were eventually oozing out of me. After going through my personal growth journey, I experienced the power of regenerating, being heard and understood the way I am! It was the beginning of self-healing, finding new meaningful life! Soon I realized that there are many women around struggling to resolve their intense emotions of grief, misery, anger, frustration, fear, anxiety, guilt, hatred, shame and much more. So, I've decided to guide women going through grief after loss of loved ones. I wish someone had given me the non-judgmental support when I was going through it all; that would have saved me years of misery and frustration.

You’re not overthinking.
You’re in survival mode.

⚡You replay conversations in your head?
→ That’s hypervigilance.

⚡You say “it’s okay” when it’s not?
→ That’s people-pleasing.

⚡You feel uncomfortable doing nothing?
→ That’s a dysregulated nervous system.

⚡You go silent in difficult conversations?
→ That’s a freeze response.

⚡You handle everything alone?
→ That’s learned self-protection.

🧠 This is not your personality.
This is your nervous system trying to keep you safe.

But here’s what most people don’t realise—
You can’t heal this by “thinking positive.”

✨ You heal this by:
regulating your body…
rewiring your patterns…
and practicing new responses.

🔥 You don’t need to become someone new.
You need to come out of survival.

If peace feels boring or uncomfortable— That’s not intuition.”

That’s a nervous system that’s used to chaos.

When you’ve lived in survival mode for years—
drama feels familiar.
Urgency feels normal.
Calm feels… empty.

So when life finally slows down,
your system says,
‘Something’s wrong. This feels off.’

But nothing is wrong.

Your nervous system is just not trained for safety yet.

Healing is not when life becomes exciting.
Healing is when your system learns
that safety doesn’t need stimulation—
and silence doesn’t mean danger.”

So here’s what to do when peace feels boring:

Don’t escape it.
Don’t create drama.
Don’t scroll.

Instead, stay.

Name it gently:
‘This is unfamiliar calm, not a problem.’

Then ground your body:
• Put your feet on the floor
• Take 3 long exhales
• Let your shoulders drop

Give your system 2–3 minutes to settle.

Boredom in peace is not emptiness.
It’s your nervous system rewiring itself.

The ability to stay with calm
is a sign of deep emotional maturity.

If this resonated—
share it with someone who feels restless when life gets quiet.
They’re not broken.
They’re just learning safety.

We’ve been taught to think our way out of feelings.

Analyze it.
Explain it.
Understand it.

But many emotions don’t live in the mind.
They live in the body.

Stress sits in your shoulders.
Fear tightens your chest.
Anger burns in your stomach.
Sadness makes your body heavy.

When you try to solve these only with logic, the emotion stays trapped.

Sometimes the medicine is simpler.

Walk.
Stretch.
Shake your body.
Breathe deeper.
Step outside.

Movement tells your nervous system:
“You are not stuck anymore.”

Healing is not always talking it out.
Sometimes it’s moving it out.

If this resonates, save this and share it with someone who has been carrying too much lately. 🌿
