In my books, this is one of the healthiest protein shakes ever.
Fermented ragi ambali + curd + unflavored whey protein.
It's an excellent post workout drink.
Step 1- Make the fermented Ragi with water (Don't add the curd yet)
Step 2- Do your Workout 😃
Step 3- Chop 1/4 onion, add 1/4 tps ginger paste, ready a pinch of salt
Step 4- Mix the fermented ragi with curd. Whisk it well.
Step 5- Add your spices, and 1 scoop of protein powder
Step 6- Shake well, and drink up. Cheers!
