✨️Nowadays so many people suffering digestion releted problem. In which bloating after eating is very common.
✨️For avoid this problem pushan mudra is very effective
💥How to do Pushan Mudra??
✨️Left hand: Touch the tip of the thumb to the tips of the middle and ring fingers (like Apaan Mudra). Then extend the little and index fingers straight out. This will help reduce lower GI tract releted issues like bloating, gas and constipation.
✨️Right hand: Touch the tip of the thumb to the tips of the index and middle fingers (like Vyana Mudra). Then extend the little and ring fingers straight out. This will help curb upper GI track issues like belching and acid reflux.
✨️Pushan mudra is very effective after eating practice sit in vajrasana for 10 min.
💥Vajrasana Obstructs blood flow to our legs and thighs and increases it in our stomach area , thus enhance the digestion of food . Vajrasana also helps us to get rid of flatulence and acidity.
