Samarpan is delighted to announce the appointment of Nishikant C with immediate effect into the role of Program Manager - Operations.
As Samarpan scales up it’s operations, and enhances its commitment to ensuring that international accreditation standards are encompassed across the organization the creation of this cross-functional role was identified during our recent internal strategic review and our successful CARF International Accreditation survey.
Nishikant Chore is no stranger to Samarpan. He worked with us from 2019- till May 2024 and re-joined us in late 2024 for a fixed term to facilitate our preparations for the CARF Accreditation Project of Samarpan Recovery & De-addiction services and has since demonstrated strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder coordination and a deep commitment to Samarpan’ s mission in the mental wellness space.
Nishikant holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from COEP (College of Engineering, Pune) and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Indore. Prior to joining Samarpan, Nishikant held diverse leadership roles across notable organisations such as Deloitte, Vodafone, Idea Cellular Ltd, Infosys and his own start-up. His experience spans strategy consulting, operational transformation, process excellence, and large-scale program management. He has led high-impact projects and is known for his analytical rigour, ex*****on discipline and stakeholder alignment capabilities. This broad industry exposure positions him uniquely for driving integrated, mission-aligned transformation within Samarpan. In this newly expanded role, Nishikant will act as a strategic partner to the COO, overseeing a diverse portfolio.

It reflects our ongoing efforts to build robust institutional capabilities at Samarpan for its next phase of growth. We are confident that Nishikant will bring both energy and structure to his responsibilities and will be a strong cultural fit with our values of compassion, integrity and professionalism.
