We have our highs and lows. Since we have been kids we have been programmed to push through the lows and convert them to a "high".
This is the most detrimental thing we can do to ourselves.
Start tuning into your rhythm. Ask yourself and body what it truly wants and honor what comes through.
We are all unique individuals who have our own pace, respect it and see how life starts to work out for you instead of it seeming to be a struggle.
