When we stress we go on overdrive. Our nervous system breaks down and it takes a toll on us.

Taking charge is doing what we have to but without being so attached to the outcome .

Stressing is when we have anxiety and fear attached to the result that even taking one small step seems like taking a 100. Taking control is when we are in surrender, knowing that we have done our best but whatever has to happen will happen.

The first space will always keep you in a mode of panic, disease and unhappiness.
The second space will keep you in a mode of trust, ease and flow.

So just because we don’t stress in life doesn’t mean we do not put in the needed steps to get things done. That’s what we often judge. Oh this person isn’t stressing means they’re not doing what is needed to be done. But that’s the exact opposite. Stress will cause you more harm than good. Being in a state on control is a complete mirage because we never have had control and never will. Only thing we can control is ourself!

Today is a good day to believe that I am worthy.

I’ve dealt with self worth issues and still have some stuff I’m dealing with. It’s so hard for us to believe we’re worth something when we’re constantly bombarded with self doubting thoughts, opinions, being reprimanded for doing things which isn’t in alignment with others, our own insecurities, DNA insecurities and lastly judgements.

Typing all of this itself felt heavy! So let’s take a few deep breaths and everyday give ourself one compliment.

Remind ourselves that we’re human, we need to learn through situations, but learn we must!

Be easy on yourself, our life is the journey which is the lesson, stop chasing end goals, stop using others yard sticks to see how far you’ve come.

The minute we start to go down the route of finding out the root cause behind our insecurities, is when we start to truly heal.

We got to be open enough to accept that we are flawed. Not to judge ourselves further, but to know that it’s okay to be flawed, we’re human. But also to take responsibility and use these opportunities to once and for all heal.

We can learn so much from nature. Wonder and bubbles are the best of friends. They’re so patient, loving and also occasionally annoy each other.

But the fact remains that they always stay in the present moment and come from their heart space. So I like humans, they don’t hold grudges.

They’ve taught me to be more from my heart, to love more, stay in the present and let the past remain in the past and not worry about the future ❤️

We often chase things in life. We may not even know it, but a hack to know if we’re chasing or receiving is as simple as see how heavy it feels?

When we force something, we’re chasing it. Whether it’s a job, friendship, relationship, etc. if it’s heavy it’s chasing.

Ofcourse changing habits which no longer serve us will seem heavy but it’s not the same ofcourse as chasing!

So today and everyday do a check of what you’re chasing and let it go. Practice makes perfect, so be gentle on yourself and be in a space to receive rather than chase ✨

When we speak of manifestation we always say think of what we want, act towards it and obsess about it and it shall be yours.

This however will never work, because should we ever fear something (which I’m sure we most likely do) we end up attracting those situations. Why? Because emotions are far more powerful than we want to believe. While our conscious mind may say oh I want x,y and z, our subconscious mind would fear that what we want (for many different reasons) and in the end we attract what we fear.

So the inner work is basically to become aware of what we fear and change it so we may never attract situations out of fear, but from a place of love, strength and power ✨
