Today, we mark a moment of deep gratitude and respect as we announce the retirement of Mr. Subrata Banerjee, Vice President – Operations, after 8 impactful years with Radiant and an illustrious 30-year career in the Indian security industry.
Subrata has been a pillar of strength for Radiant’s operations and a key contributor to the company’s growth journey. Known for his discipline, integrity, and unwavering commitment, he led from the front — often stepping into challenging situations personally and working relentlessly until solutions were found. His leadership helped safeguard client relationships, stabilise operations during critical moments, and build strong, resilient teams across the organisation.
He has been a mentor to many, a trusted leader to his teams, and a respected professional among clients and peers alike. His contributions to strategic planning, team building, and organisational balance have left a lasting legacy.
