Exciting Career Opportunity at Nova Techset!

We are seeking a proactive Perl/XSLT Developer to join our publishing technology team in Dumaguete City.
If you have experience with Perl, XSLT, LaTeX, or content transformation, this could be the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automation scripts in Perl/XSLT for publishing workflows.
- Good knowledge in LaTeX, Python, .Net and Publishing Tools.
- Work on content transformation (e.g., Word/TeX to XML/HTML/PDF/ePub conversions).
- Integrate publishing systems with third-party APIs, databases, or content platforms.
- Develop tools for Conversion, validation, QC, Zipping and formatting of structured content.
- Collaborate with editorial, production, and digital teams to automate manual tasks.
- Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and process improvement.
- Debug, optimize, and refactor legacy Perl codebases for better performance and maintainability.
