A late post ...gratitude is a largely neglected word, for me as a chef it's everything and as a fraternity I feel we need to do it much often for our fellow colleagues ,more so when someone from a different country just pops up and teaches you some nuances that you even after two decades you haven't fathomed yet!
So thank you .lan_essentially_thai , this was a masterclass in Thai cooking, on sustainability, on love for one's own cuisine and ofcourse a little bit on how a marriage can work personally as also professionally:)
