Negative Mindset😖
A negative mindset often limits our potential, trapping us in a cycle of self-doubt and fear. It can make challenges seem insurmountable and convince us that failure is inevitable. These thoughts create barriers to growth, keeping us stuck and unmotivated.

Below are some common negative thoughts and their impacts:

1. "I can't do this."
- This thought shuts down possibilities and discourages effort.

2. "I'm just not good enough."
- This belief undermines self-worth and leads to a lack of confidence.

3. "What if I fail?"
- Fear of failure prevents us from taking risks and trying new things.

4. "I'm too old/young to learn this."
- This mindset imposes unnecessary limits based on age, blocking new opportunities.

5. "Things will never get better."
- This pessimism makes it hard to see potential for change and improvement.

Why Do We Overthink?

Ever catch yourself going in circles with your thoughts? You’re not alone. 

Overthinking is something we all struggle with from time to time, and it usually has some common causes.

Let’s break it down:

1. Fear of Something That Hasn't Happened Yet: We often worry about things that might happen, imagining the worst-case scenarios. This fear of the unknown can keep us stuck in a loop, replaying "what if" situations over and over.

2. Perfectionist Traits: Striving for perfection can make us over analyze every little detail. We want everything to be just right, but this often leads to second-guessing ourselves and getting caught up in overthinking.

3. Envy of Other People’s Success: It’s easy to compare ourselves to others and feel like we’re not measuring up. This envy can make us question our own choices and achievements, leading to endless rumination.

It’s important to recognize these triggers so we can start to break the cycle. Remember, it’s okay to not have all the answers and to take things one step at a time.

Meet Rvi, who suffered from severe anxiety for 6 years. He feared his breathing would stop, worried about heart attacks, brain strokes, and more.

His anxiety made it hard to focus on work and enjoy time with his children. He felt depressed and tried medication, but it didn't help.

Meet Naveen, a student from Delhi. He felt afraid, worried, and anxious for almost 2 years, which made it hard for him to
focus on his studies.

As exams approached, he got really nervous and couldn't concentrate.

He even had trouble travelling alone and feared having panic attacks in public places.

Naveen found it difficult to meditate and sleep at night, and he felt like he didn't belong. He tried talking to his family and friends, but they didn't understand what he was going through.

So, Naveen went to a psychologist who suggested medication. But he didn't feel comfortable taking it, and he still felt lonely and hopeless.
