When nothing feels like it’s working… pause.
Take a pen and write a letter to the Universe ✨
Start with gratitude.
Because gratitude shifts your energy instantly from lack to abundance. It gently moves you from frustration into trust.
Begin your letter like this:
“Dear Universe,
I am so grateful for the love in my life.
Thank you for guiding me, protecting me, and supporting me even when I can’t see the way.
Thank you for the roof over my head, the food on my table, and the strength within me to keep going.
Thank you for the small signs, the lessons, and the blessings I may have overlooked.”
Make it personal. Even the smallest things count.
Then gently move into your intentions
Speak as if what you desire is already happening.
For example:
“I am so happy and grateful that I now have a loving, supportive relationship where I feel valued and understood.”
“I am so happy and grateful to receive the perfect job that aligns with my purpose and brings me joy and financial abundance.”
“I am so happy and grateful now that my mind feels calm, clear, and at peace.”
These are examples. Replace them with your own intentions. Focus on how you want to feel.
Then release and surrender.
Trust that it’s already on its way to you.
End your letter again with gratitude:
“Thank you, thank you, thank you.”
To make this a daily practice:

✔️ Focus on feelings, not just words
✔️ Keep it simple and honest
✔️ Even 3–5 lines is enough
