Hence opted for bicoronal flap to avoid scar on visible area.

Loose infected fragments removed
Inner table of frontal bone was intact
Curettage + abgel placed
Messh adapted & fixed over # fragments.
Contour achieved

Nasal bone closed & open reduction done
Deviation corrected
Intranasal packing & external splinting done

Closure done.
