“If your inner being changes, your whole outer life will be totally different. It will have a different fragrance, a different beauty, a different grace. And when your inner being is changed and becomes a flame of light, you will become a light unto others too. You will become a beckoning light, a great herald of a new dawn. Your very presence will trigger revolutions in other people’s lives."

”Creativity is the greatest rebellion in existence. If you want to create, you will have to get rid of all conditionings; otherwise, your creativity will be nothing but copying, it will be just a carbon copy. You need to be an individual, not part of the psychology of the crowd.”

“You are aware of objects. You have to be aware of your subjectivity. When you are looking at a sunset, you are so absorbed in the beauty of the sunset that you completely forget that there is a greater beauty which is making it possible for you to know the beauty of the sunset – it is your awareness. But your awareness is focused on an object – the sunset, the sunrise, the moon. Drop the object and just remain engulfed in pure awareness, in silence, in peace. Just be alert.”

"When I am whirling, I feel like flying in the sky," says Meera. And just by watching her grace, you can almost feel it yourself.

This could be you too — flying, weightless, free. It takes a little time before whirling feels this effortless, but it will come. And once it does, there's nothing quite like it.

You can fly high every Sunday from 8:30 AM to 9:15 AM in Buddha Grove at the OSHO International Meditation Resort, Pune, India. A facilitator will be there to guide you through the whirling celebration and answer any questions. Just come and try it!

"Become a whirlpool, an energy whirlpool, lost completely in it: no witnessing, no effort to observe. Don't try to see; be the whirlpool, be the whirling."

There's a revolutionary approach to overthinking: OSHO No-Mind. It's not about silencing the mind. It's about letting the mind speak until it has nothing left to say.

That's the genius of this meditative therapy unlike anything you've tried before.

OSHO No-Mind is a 7-day meditative therapy designed to take you beyond the noise of the mind and into a deep, nourishing silence you may have forgotten was possible.

The overthinking loosens its grip. Space opens up. You feel like yourself again — lighter, clearer, more present.

OSHO No-Mind is offered regularly at the OSHO International Meditation Resort in Pune, India. If your mind won't stop talking, maybe it's time to let it finish — and then step into the silence waiting on the other side.

“Man is ignorant and blind, and he wants to remain ignorant and blind, because to come inwards looks like entering a chaos. And it is so; inside you have created a chaos. You have to encounter it and go through it.
Courage is needed – courage to be oneself, and courage to move inwards.
I have not come across a greater courage than that – the courage to be meditative.”

OSHO Active Meditation: the reason modern people can finally sit silently and actually enjoy it.

That's the genius of OSHO Active Meditations. You move, you breathe, you shake, you dance, you express — and by the time the body is exhausted, silence comes all by itself.

At the OSHO International Meditation Resort in Pune, India, you can experiment with 5 OSHO Active Meditations every single day. A full menu to explore what works best for your body and your energy.

"People sit in zazen for years, twenty years, twenty-five years, sitting for six hours, continuously just trying to make the mind silent, and it goes on working, goes on working, goes on working.

Hence my emphasis on active meditations. That’s a balance. First, be active so totally that passivity follows automatically. When you have been active and the whole energy has moved, you would like to rest. If you have not been active, how can rest follow?"

While global attention is on the conflict in Iran, these women came for meditation.

In OSHO No-Dimensions, they discovered a meditation they immediately connected with. With its roots in the Sufi tradition, the steps felt easy to follow, the music deeply moving. As one of them shared, “in this meditation my soul dances with the music.”

They spoke about the contrast with traditional cultures where women are told what to wear and how to behave. At the OSHO International Meditation Resort, they experienced being treated equally to men. Free to move, participate, and be themselves. They described feeling safe and able to engage fully in meditation.

To explore OSHO Active Meditations more deeply, the 2-day OSHO Active Meditations In-Depth course is held from the 4th to the 5th of every month.

Sadhana just returned from facilitating a meditation camp in rural India. And stepping back into the resort, she is delighted — the energy, the greenery, the water, the lotus flowers... For her, it feels like coming home.

And she's not the only one. It happens to almost everyone who enters. Something shifts. Yes, the green nature is stunning — and the black buildings, the white pathways, the sound of running water, the birds singing their gibberish. It all touches deeply. But there's something beyond all of that. A feeling of having arrived. Of having found home. Inside.

Come and find out what it does to you.
