We have 11 coaches together who will each guide a small number of students, divided by time zone convenience. Most groups will also have assistant coaches.

The UV-rays in sunlight actually stimulate the thyroid gland to increase hormone production. Thyroid secretions largely control metabolism. Increased hormone production increases the body’s basal metabolic rate. This assists both in weight loss and improved muscle development.

Farm animals fatten much faster when kept indoors, and so do people who stay out of the sun. Therefore, if you want to lose weight or increase your muscle tone, expose your body to the sun on a regular basis.

The super food Ash gourd juice :
Since ancient times, ash gourd has its significance for its medicinal properties. Apart from being loaded with essential nutrients and helping to prevent many diseases, ash gourd also improves digestion and has a cooling effect on the body. So, if you want to stay healthy, make it a habit to drink ash gourd juice every day in the morning on an empty stomach.

On the occasion of Yoga Divas 2023 Ananda Nagar Naturopathy and Yogic Treatment Center (ANYTC) organised a program in the villages Gurubadar and Citraguti. There was a demonstration of various asanas for treating chronic disease such as acidity, gas, body pain, Asthma, menstrual problems, and anxiety/weak memory. Guidance was also given on diet and lifestyle and there was a distribution of healthy alkaline foods. Amongst the many villagers who came there was lots of interest in the daily outpatient service program taking place in ANYTC, where villagers get some natural medicines and Yoga-Naturopathy treatment and guidance 🙏🏼
