A 55 yrs old female suffering with Hyperglycaemia since 4-5 years.. came to us before few months, her HBA1C was 11.9 ( mean 299 ) on march 2024, then we taken whole history and find conflict that why she started suffering with hyperglycaemia.. and according to that understanding given Homoeopathic medicines.. since 1st month her sugar gradually decreases.. and recently we got a fresh report of HBA1C which is 7.41( mean 159) on September 2024. She has many other complaints with hyperglycaemia.. and she felt good in majority of her complaints.

A 4 yr. old girl had Atopic Dermatitis since 15 days . Eruptions on hand with itching and Burning. In History we get her teacher scolded whole class for not completed Homework and she was cried in sleep and waking from fright at night before 17-18 days.. and then she not wanted to go school for 2 days.. and after that she developed this eruptions. She has itching aggravating in night. She was very shy girl.
Mind - A/f - fright
Sleep- waking- fright, as from
Mind- weeping- sleep,in
Extremity- eruptions- rash
Skin- itching - night
Mind - timidity- Bashful

From this history we got our medicine.
Pulsatilla 200 single dose given
After 6 days we got follow up in which she had no itching and eruptions.

A case of Conjunctivitis.. patient had complaints of itching.. redness.. burning.. watering.. agglutinating eyes.. since yesterday ( her wedding anniversary was on yesterday.. there was a big party for it in evening.. and right eye started getting red with burning itching and agglutination since yesterday noon..) came at clinic in next day evening.. we had taken quick history.. she said my mother in law scorned me in-front of guests.. she was angry.. but suppressed it.. and then eyes complaints started..
we gave Homoeopathic medicine in evening.. on next day morning she called it is much better and see how’s it!
