50 yrs male presented with headache and imbalance on walking. MRI showed right cerebellar tumor. Pt operated for suboccipital craniectomy and total excision of tumor. One year follow up scan is clear with no residual or recurrence. Histo Patho report is grade 1 tumor. Pt is able to carry out all his daily routine as before. Thank you
