Patient name-Mr. Paresh Sarkar
Age - 65 yrs male
Complaint - continuous hematuria due to bladder cancer
Operation - Radical Cystectomy with pelvic lypmhnode dissection with ILEAL conduit

After 20 days the patient has been discharged. The patient is from Bangladesh and is now fit to go home. It's really a great OT which Dr. Atar Kasim Moinuddin has done in our hospital.
