Today’s C2–C3 high cervical spine tumour excision surgery was a true team effort.

High cervical cases demand strict hemodynamic control, careful airway management, precise positioning, and constant vigilance. Every parameter was maintained within target, communication was clear, and coordination between anesthesia, surgery, and OT staff was seamless.

The patient was safely extubated with stable vitals and intact neurological status — a result of disciplined planning and teamwork. Now patient is in Neuro ICU.

We are pleased to inform that Night Shift Dialysis Services will be started at Manorama Hospitex.
Schedule Details:
Registration Time: 7:30 PM onwards till 8 PM
Dialysis Start Time: 10:00 PM
After completion of dialysis, patients will remain in the dialysis unit.
Discharge Process: 6:00 AM onwards
Charges: - The dialysis charges for the night shift will remain the same as the day shift dialysis.
Why This Initiative? : - This service has been introduced on the request and demands of patients, as day shift dialysis slots are currently fully occupied.

Our Infrastructure: - Total 37 Dialysis Units
Average 100 Dialysis sessions per day
All dialysis machines and RO Plant are imported and state-of-the-art.
We remain committed to providing advanced, safe, and patient-friendly dialysis care.
