Patient came in with a complaint of difficulty in opening Mouth on further diagnosis we found out that she had been suffering from a condition called Oral submucous fibrosis (OSMF) is an oral precancerous condition characterized by inflammation and progressive fibrosis of the submucosal tissues resulting in marked rigidity and trismus(inability to open mouth) The patient is undergoing treatment at our Clinic
