Practice makes a man perfect is partially true and partially not true ,

For me , Practice in the right direction with right techniques and right knowledge makes the man / woman perfect 🌸

I have seen soo many people practicing yoga asana , without knowing what actually they are doing ,
Soo many people doing wrong alignments, wrong methods and choosing the wrong paths.
This will lead them nowhere but to darkness and in veil of myths.

The best thing you can do is surrender your ego and start learning from the people who have knowledge and experience in that field 🙏🏻

Learning is a never ending process, even the good Teachers are also learning ,
The only difference is - their bodies start becoming their teachers and helps them to have more experience.
But in the beginning Don't just go for videos / clips / advices of others.

The right teacher will help you to find your right path in right direction 🙏🏻🌸

It's never easy to put lots of efforts and emotions to built a beautiful family and then see them going far from you ( every month ) 🥹♥️

Closing ceremonies are always the hardest for me with lots of mix emotions 🥹

But all we can do is always cherish the beautiful moments that we have spend together as teacher - students , as friends , as mentors and specially as a family ♥️🌸🥹
