Todays Need - Fresh Toxic Free Food
Agriculture has a direct effect on our environment, so understanding what goes into our agriculture is important. A proverb said that “ what you think is what you eat “ . we know that in todays agriculture era we are getting tasteless veggies and cereals . eventually sometimes lots of people getting food poisoning due to adulteration in food and toxic agri produts .
Here I wanted to you to get aware about why it is necessary to grow some food or make a kitchen garden or rooftop farming setup in your own home ?
Here we are knowing two kinds of agri practices & which is fruitful to us.
1. Organic farming
2. Chemically grown farming
Organic farming:
• Grown with natural fertilizers (manure, compost).
• Weeds are controlled naturally (crop rotation, hand weeding, mulching, and tilling).
• Pests are controlled using natural methods (birds, insects, traps, NEEM ,KARANJA PRODUCTS ) and naturally-derived pesticides.
Chemical farming:
• Grown with synthetic or chemical fertilizers.
• Weeds are controlled with chemical herbicides
• Pests are controlled with synthetic pesticides.
Advantages of Organic Fertilizer:
• In addition to releasing nutrients, as organic fertilizers break down, they improve the structure of the soil and increase its ability to hold water and nutrients. Over time, organic fertilizers will make your soil–and plants–healthy and strong.
• Since they are the ultimate slow-release fertilizers, it’s very difficult to over fertilize (and harm) your plants.
• There’s little to no risk of toxic buildups of chemicals and salts that can be deadly to plants.
• Organic fertilizers are renewable, biodegradable, sustainable, and environmentally friendly.
• Although rather expensive in packages, you can make your own organic fertilizer by composting or find inexpensive sources—such as local dairy farms—that may sell composted manure.
Advantages of Chemical Fertilizer:
• Since nutrients are available to the plants immediately, improvement occurs in days.
• They are highly analyzed to produce the exact ratio of nutrients desired.
• Standardized labeling makes ratios and chemical sources easy to understand.
• They’re inexpensive
conclusion
• Long-term use of chemical fertilizer can change the soil pH, upset beneficial microbial ecosystems, increase pests, and even contribute to the release of greenhouse gases. Increase toxicity enters in our food chain due to this we are indirectly taking poisons which causes many types of deficiencies or cancers .
• Organic fertilizers break down according to nature’s rules, so they may not release nutrients as soon as you need them, chemical fertilizers are fast releasing and give immediate nutrition to the plant but Synthesise chemicals are just like an immediate injection to the patient who is in pain but organic fertilizers are like nutrition from food/ fruits which is helpful to the patient to recover from disease.

Making a Choice
# A shot of chemical fertilizer can make your tomato shine and big in size but can they provide taste or non adverse result in your health ?
# If you wish to live in harmony with nature and make a lasting improvement in your own patch of earth for generations to come, organic farming / organic kitchen gardening outweigh chemical food by leaps and bounds.
