Floating Frequencies is a multi-instrumental sound bath including gongs, a shruti box, metallophone, framed drums, 432Hz crystal quartz bowls, chimes, vocals and more.

India lately.
So grateful to be back here in Rishikesh. Exactly as I remembered it, just a little louder, more buildings, more construction, but still the same familiar friendly faces, the best kitchari, my landlord laxmi 💞 ma ganga, the arti's, the kirtan and those waterfall dips.
Learning more about sound, every teacher and course has something new to teach and I can't wait to share what I have learnt so far. Something I'm really excited about is the research I'm planning to conduct. So if you're interested in participating sign up to my newsletter as i'll be sharing more information there.
So grateful to all that have attended my sessions over the last couple of months, you have contributed to me being able to come here and continue my studies.

Last sessions of the year!!

This time next week I'll be getting ready to head back to India for my Nada Yoga (the yoga of sound) Teacher Training. I can't wait to dive deeper into the healing power of sound and also acquire some new instruments!

On Sunday I'll be at St. George's Church, Ramsgate (I had to move it from the glasshouse due to forecasted bad weather) but this stunning location was purpose built for sound. Get ready for ultimate relaxation, rest and recalibration, a perfect end to the weekend!

On Friday night, Charlotte and I bring you the fourth chapter of Sacred Sound + Healing Touch.

Bringing our shared love of healing practices as ways to soften, relax and restore. Expect gentle movement, pranayam, massage, and a multi-instrumental sound into journey.

This Saturday, Charlotte and I are bringing together the third chapter of Sacred Sound + Healing Touch, a space that keeps unfolding and reshaping itself each time we collaborate. Every session has grown from the people who come, their needs, their feedback, and the energy in the room. It feels less like a fixed event and more like a living, breathing practice we’re creating together.

Expect gentle movement, massage, tuning forks, and a multi-instrumental sound journey - but also expect it to feel a little different, because it always does.

Both of our previous gatherings have sold out, and we now have just 5 spaces left for this one, so if you feel called, need to take a moment for yourself, or just want to experience ultimate relaxation, we’d love to welcome you.

Very excited to launch 🌼 Little Listeners | Parent & Baby Sound Bath 🌼

Calling all mamas, papas, parents, and caregivers with newborns up to curious crawlers...

Join us on Monday 15 September, from 11am to 12 noon in Ramsgate, for a nurturing pause in our busy days. In a calm garden (weather permitting) or cozy indoor corner at Gather& (previously Archive), Ellie will lead you through a tender sound journey with crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and soft percussion.

We’ll begin with a sharing circle to arrive and check in with one another, then move into a relaxing sound journey of crystal bowls, chimes and soft percussion for you and your baby to relax and connect. Afterwards, stay for tea and cake, with time to meet other parents in the community.

First session special - just £10 for parent + baby

If this little moment of calm is what you’ve been craving, I'd love for you to join us. Feel free to tag a friend - or come solo, and leave feeling supported, lighter, and maybe a bit more centred.

This weekend will likely be the last Floating frequencies sessions in the garden at the Italianate Glasshouse & Occasional Tea Garden
We may be able to head into the glasshouse in September if the weather isn't too bad, but it's not watertight so no guarantees.

If you haven’t been able to attend this summer this may be the last chance for this multi-instrumental sound bath with birdsong, beneath the trees, for ultimate relaxation.

There are a few tickets left for both sessions!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended our Sacred Sound and Energy Session today and all sessions this summer on the beach. So grateful for your support and participation. ✨

There may be one more if the weather holds out. But if not these beach sessions will be back next year. Next up, we'll be at the Italianate Glasshouse & Occasional Tea Garden on Sunday with only a few spaces left.

Saturday's session at Union Yoga & Wellbeing is sold out, but we'll be back next month with another session
