Vortex of the Heart Retreat
Our Humans Evolving Community gathered in Sedona to move, breathe, remember, and reconnect — held beneath the potent light of the Full Moon.
Through kundalini yoga and meditation, we tended the nervous system and softened what had been held too tightly.
Through constellation work, unseen threads were honored and gently reorganized.
Through tea ceremony, we slowed time, practicing reverence and presence.
Through community, we were witnessed — just as we are.
Through the Full Moon, clarity and courage were amplified.
And through the land, ancient and alive, we were met, mirrored, and grounded.
Endless gratitude for each woman who said yes,
