Pregnancy is a remarkable journey, filled with anticipation, joy, and some unique challenges.
4 important pillars of Yogic living

Ahaar (Diet):

To avoid constipation, eat figs boiled in milk.

Avoid canned, processed, and bottled foods.

Include foods rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and whole grains.

Include fresh fruits and vegetables specially citrus fruits, green vegetables and whole grains in your diet.

Vihaar (Lifestyle):

Practice Vajrasana after meals.

Avoid overexertion, stressful situations, and a negative environment

listen to chants and words of wisdom.

Rest with your feet up for 1-2 hours in the afternoon

Achaar (Traditions):

Avoid asanas that compress the stomach or involve inversions.

To ease backaches, use a hot water bottle,

Practice Pranayama to find balance and calm you down when you need it.

Vichaar (Mental Well-being):

Have faith in a Higher Reality,

Stay away from stress and anxiety
