Pizza...... Something which everyone loves so why people with celiac decease should refrain from it. Rather make it more healthy, fresh and tasty. So try the new Gluten free pizza. Here you go with the recipe -

Mix one cup of rice flour, 2 spoons of corn flour and a pinch of baking powder.
Make a batter using curd consistency like utthpam batter.
Keep it to rest for around 10 minutes.
Medium heat a non stick pan, sprinkle one or two drops of oil and spread a cup of batter on it. In a couple of minutes you will see it will be puffy like pizza base. Then change on other side and remove from pan after 3-4 minutes.
Let it cool down and your pizza base is ready.
Spread a layer of tomato sauce and another of cheese on base.
Spread the cut vegetables-capsicum, onion, corn, paneer, bell pepper (whatever is available or u want to)
Sprinkle oregano msala onto it.
Heat the non stick pan again, add a drop of butter and transfer the pizza on it. Cover the pan and let it be cooked for 3-4 mins on slow flame.

After 3-4 minutes your gluten free delicious pizza is ready. Add extra oregano as per taste and enjoy 😊

Don't refrain your self from the super delicious Indian sweet - gulab jamun
Make it gluten free and enjoy 😊 here goes the recipe-

1 cup of milk powder
2 & 1/5 spoon of corn flour white part
1/4 spoon of baking soda
- Mix all above and make it a dough using hard yogurt/dahi and 1.5 spoon of desi ghee.
- make ok size bowls and keep aside.
- deep fry bowls in slow flame untill the bowls give a good golden brown colour.
- for chashney, take 1 bowl of sugar and 2 bowl of water and boil it to one tar ki chashney.
- Immediately pour bowls into chashney and let it dip for an hour.
- enjoy warm gulab jamun.

# care tips # #
1. Don't heat oil before too much. Keep flame low
2. Dough shouldn't be very hard or very loose.
3. Chashney shouldn't be too thick. Should be of one tar only.
4. Keep patience while letting the gulab jamun dip in chashney for an hour..😜
