Another big fibroid TLH. Pt was known c/o Diabetes and hypertension. Previous caes delivery. Multiple fibroids. Post wall big fibroid 9cm x 9cm. Big challenge to enter pod. Fibroid was just released from base by taking circular incision over it after pitrassin inj. Space created posterioly TLH completed. Manipulation done by myoma screw. Specimen removal was big challenge debulking done by morcellator. Rest removed vaginally by lateral coring.
