A serene healing session unfolded over the weekend, complete with sound healing, meditation, pranayama & yoga nidra,We ended the session with a chakra balancing salad which had all the chakra colors to align the energy of the body and provide the perfect harmony needed for body &mind .A refreshing blue pea detox tea complements the evening in it's own way.
