Successful treatment in the case of Secondary Infertility
This case has really helped in channelising my interest towards the speciality of gynaecology as well as in the management of infertility.
One day during my consultation hours, patient and her husband came upto me for consultation looking at my information from Guna Ayurveda website around sep/Oct 2020(gunaayurveda.co.in).Patient had history of pcod with irregular periods, hypothyroidism and anovulatory cycle. Patient was very anxious to conceive. Patient had a male child on 2013(normal delivery).
Since then the couple was trying for a second child. Before approaching me she has taken allopathic treatment, homeopathic treatment since 2-3 yrs for the same. She had conceived twice but two times there was miscarriage due to various reasons. Patient was out of hope because it was almost 8 yrs of wait, but somehow they wanted to try Ayurveda. After consultation patient has been advised for Panchakarma treatment for a month for pcod and thyroid. Regularity in the periods were achieved. Patient started getting periods regularly each month. Due to covid situations patient had moved to their hometown (Rajasthan), follow up was bit difficult to assess the changes correctly. Till Feb 2021 patient had periods regularly, later irregularity started and the cause was very difficult to rule out. Then the patient was sent to ovulation study to assess the status where in the patient was demotivated by the consulting allopathic doctor as has been advised to undergo IVF treatment as the patient was 35yrs age. She called me immediately with grief, I somehow counselled her and asked her to be patient as it has been only 5-6 months of treatment. The patient was very sincere and listened each and every word advised by me. Ovulation study showed anovulation on 24/6/21; patient sent me a picture of “Urine Pregnancy test positive” on 23/07/2021- 3:56am. Patient was very happy as well as afraid because of their previous experiences of misscarriage.Follow up was properly done. Patient delivered a healthy baby boy on 20/3/22 weighing 4kgs.
All thanks to God and Ayurveda!

▶️Fallopian tube blockage is the cause of infertility for around 12-30% of couples
▶️solution in allopathic medicine? Ans- only laproscopic surgery. But there is still no guarantee about its reoccuence.
▶️Patient of mine - approached me for the treatment of infertility, diagnosed with blockage in right Fallopian tube, she has consulted and taken the opinion of other gynaecologists, where they have advised only surgical intervention for her tubal block. Patient was not interested in undergoing surgery. Somehow she gathered belief and started Ayurvedic treatment under my guidance, but she was worried about the result too.
▶️I have posted her for panchakarma treatment for 16days along with Uttara vasti ( e***a given through va**na). Internal medicines were also advised
▶️After Panchakarma and two sittings of Uttara vasti ( 3 days post MC each month), I have advised her to repeat the test
▶️Report showed no blockage in both the Fallopian tubes.
▶️This result has been achieved only in 45 days without any surgical intervention.
▶️Does ayurveda work slowly? Can this kind of blockage treated with ayurveda? How will be the result? Does Ayurveda require longer time to cure?
▶️To all these questions… report speaks volumes.
▶️Ayurveda was never an alternate medicine and will never be an alternative medicine whether be it preventive or curative!!!

Patient feedback!

Patient developed very severe back pain post-delivery along with radiating pain to the legs since 1 yr . Patient was unable to walk even few steps on her own, she was able to walk only by holding the wall ( that was the severity of the pain). Patient was unable to sleep properly due to pain. She used several pain killers and other medications advised by doctors but still she could not find any relief. Patient somehow came to know about Dr Pradeep Nori and consulted him, slowly patient started getting relief from the chronicity of the problem with first visit. She could walk better comparatively after using medicines. Later she was advised to take Panchakarma By Dr Nori sir and Patient was referred to Manikonda branch. Then patient treatment was taken up by Dr Rugmini and have been advised Panchakarma treatments related to her problems for 16 days.
