Water Therapy (जल चिकित्सा) 💧

Water Therapy का मतलब है पानी का उपयोग करके शरीर और मन को स्वस्थ करना। यह एक प्राकृतिक और सुरक्षित तरीका माना जाता है।

🌿 Water Therapy के प्रकार

1. Cold Water Therapy (ठंडे पानी से)

सुबह खाली पेट 2–3 गिलास गुनगुना/साधारण पानी

ठंडे पानी से नहाना (धीरे-धीरे आदत डालें)

2. Hot Water Therapy (गरम पानी से)

गरम पानी पीना (पाचन के लिए)

गरम पानी से सिकाई (दर्द के लिए)

3. Hydrotherapy

पानी में बैठकर या तैराकी

स्टीम, फुट बाथ, स्पाइन बाथ
